I am so excited about the latest addition to YVR… a SkyTeam lounge! This is SkyTeam’s only lounge in the Americas and the seventh in a growing global network. It features world-class architecture and design to provide a relaxing and enjoyable pre-flight retreat, complete with an outlet at every seat for easy refueling (even some in the floor). Located on an upper level near Gate 53 in the International Terminal, the space feels open and offers an abundance of light, without feeling like you’re in a fishbowl! On one side, you look down on high-end luxury shopping and top restaurants, while on the other side you can watch the planes land and take off in the foreground of the mountains. However you won’t even need to head down to any of those hot spots, as inside the lounge you’ll find fresh wild BC Salmon, a cooked-to-order noodle bar, a selection of local microbrewery beers, and a self-serve wine bar featuring BC vineyards. To add to the list of perks, you will also find private showers complete with towels and all the extras and plenty of work space with printers and complementary wi-fi.

SkyTeam serves 9 member airlines in Vancouver with 75 total weekly departures: AeroMexico, Air France, China Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern, Delta, KLM, Korean, and Xiamen Air. Those traveling on a member airline in First or Business Class receive automatic access to all SkyTeam lounges, as well as those with their Elite Plus status flying in economy.
