Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale lies along the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the New River, 25 miles north of Miami. Its warm tropical weather attracts many people throughout the year. For sun-worshippers, the city has six miles of beaches. There are also many recreational waterways with extensive boating facilities, access to every conceivable watersport, a variety of fascinating museums and trendy restaurants, and an array of entertainment venues.

Cartagena
Cobbled streets, balconies with blooming bougainvillea, and pastel plazas make Cartagena one of Latin America’s most photogenic cities. But it’s not just another pretty seaport. Founded in 1533, this Spanish-Colonial city is steeped in history. Its location made it a popular port for plunderers and pirates. Today thrill-seekers will find a perfect mix of old and new with a twist of island attitude.

Colon
As the world’s second largest duty-free port, Colón offers abundant shopping. It also represents the gateway to numerous sites of ecological interest, including Chagres National Park, a 3,000,000-acre rainforest preserve, and the Gamboa Rainforest Preserve, which lies within Soberania National Park.

Panama Canal
The canal is a marvel of engineering, but the area is also a sanctuary for sloths, eagles, ocelots and toucans, thanks to a lush rainforest environment and tropical temperatures.

Puntarenas
Located along the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, Puntarenas is a great place to see native wildlife such as the scarlet macaw and the capuchin monkey. This region’s volcanic terrain and rainforest environment continue to attract travelers from around the world.

Puerto Quetzal
Guatemala’s largest Pacific Ocean port, Puerto Quetzal offers a wealth of activities. Discover Lake Atitlan, the deepest lake in Central America, which is surrounded by three volcanoes. The area is rich in Mayan history, as well as a fertile ground for coffee growing.

Puerto Vallarta
Travel through the locks of historic Panama Canal, on a journey between the Atlantic and the Pacific. Venture through the virgin rain forests and bird sanctuaries of Puerto Limon. Then bask on the Mexican and Costa Rican beaches with a margarita.

Cabo San Lucas
At the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, Cabo San Lucas is world-famous for its party scene—and for good reason. From celebrity sightings, incredible restaurants and legendary clubs, you’ll live in modern luxury while on land. Looking for an outdoor adventure? Take your pick from jet-skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, desert excursions, and much more.

San Diego
Bordered by the Anza-Borrego Desert, the Laguna Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean, San Diego is blessed with a year-round Mediterranean climate, which only adds to the attraction of its 70 miles of beaches.

Santa Barbara
Sail on a ship as breathtaking as the Redwood Forests. From harbor to harbor you’ll encounter man-made and nature-made Earthly wonders.

Monterey
Monterey is a gorgeous city on California’s rugged central coast. Its Cannery Row, one-time center of the sardine-packing industry, was immortalized by novelist John Steinbeck. Today, Cannery Row is a popular array of gift shops, seafood restaurants,  and bars in converted factories. Equally famous is Monterey Bay Aquarium, with hundreds of thousands of marine animals and plants on display in underwater and interactive exhibits. From Cannery Row, you can walk or ride a rented surrey or Segway along the scenic Recreation Trail to Fisherman’s Wharf. Along the way, you’ll see harbor seals, sea otters and pelicans in natural habitats on the dazzling waterfront of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

San Francisco
San Francisco offers you a wealth of possibilities with iconic landmarks like Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, and Alcatraz Island. Your trip would not be complete without seeing the Golden Gate Bridge or riding the cable cars on Powell Street.

Astoria
Hundreds of Victorian homes line the steep, wooded hillsides of America’s oldest settlement west of the Rockies. Stroll through the revitalized 1920’s-era downtown of this picturesque community set at the mouth of the Columbia River, or travel a few miles to Fort Clatsop, where Lewis and Clark encamped during the winter of 1805-06.

Seattle
Visitors to the Emerald City find a fusion of American, Asian and Native American cultures, set against a backdrop of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Sample the freshest seafood to be found along the Pacific Rim, as well as a cup of Seattle’s famous coffee.

Victoria
The capital of British Columbia is also its largest island. This one-time British colony has retained much of its colonial splendor. Victoria is a seaside enclave that enjoys a temperate climate., which is great, because you’ll want to explore all the museums, parks and golf courses Victoria has to offer.

Vancouver
Among the world’s most liveable cities – diverse, cultural, beautiful – this culinary capital treats you to fresh local seafood, farm-to-table produce, and authentic Asian flavors. West Coast architecture – modernism with a woodsy bent – emerged here. But while downtown shines with steel and glass, its epicenter is green Stanley Park, a 1,000-acre oasis of spectacular beaches, trails, and views. North of town, ride scenic Sea to Sky Highway along the coast and through the forest toward Whistler, 2,200 feet above sea level. On your way, behold lofty Shannon Falls and brave the heart-pounding Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge.
